Boundary Conditions

Hello Mr. Bernd,

What could be the idea to use the results (Micress) to modify the boundary conditions for MICRESS, i.e.,
apply to the different walls the different temperatures that the particle sees.

Thanks in advance,
Raghav

Dear Raghav,

Please explain a bit more what you plan to do. You can apply different temperatures to the different walls only if you use temperature coupling (instead of concentration coupling) or if you use the extra 1D temperature field (temp_1d).
Of which kind are the results you are talking about?

Bernd

Hello again,

I have results (.korn, .conc and .phas) for the alloys Stabilor G (58 wt% Au, 23.3 wt% Ag, 12 wt% Cu, 5.5 wt% Pd , 1 wt% Zn, 0.1 wt% Pt, 0.1 wt% Ir) and AlCu (91 wt% Cu, 9 wt% Al) using directional (temp. gradient) simulation.

Dear Raghav,

Sorry, I still did not get the point - what do you want to modify and why?
