Governing equations for flow field

I can not find any governing equations for flow field in the user manual file.
Could you give me some references about the flow models which micress adopted?

The governing equations are detailed in

Modeling Melt Convection in Phase-Field Simulations of Solidification.
Journal of Computational Physics 154 (1999) p. 468-496.
This is in principle navier stokes adapted to phase field.
